The staff are extremely welcoming and provide excellent service, going above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable and come with all the basic amenities you need, even though the thermostat can be a bit temperamental. The breakfast served here is outstanding, with a really cheery waitress ensuring that your order is cooked to perfection.

Despite the lack of air conditioning, the fan provided in the room was sufficient in moving hot air and ensuring a comfortable stay. Great local location, easy to access with a car. Quiet and peaceful. the nearby park and ride is convenient for visiting the city. a good choice of supermarkets, coffee shop and takeaways close by. Room was clean and tidy, and staff were friendly and helpful.

Pillows were too soft, so it would be better to bring your own.

We had a fantastic weekend away in a clean and comfy room in a quiet location on Suffolk's coast. the room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. the location near the Beagle pub was a plus, with outside tables for enjoying summer drinks. We also appreciated the included amenities like wifi and a hairdryer in the room.

The TV was positioned off to the side from the bed, which was a bit odd.
